Internet Scam
I placed my order in November 2022, and I still have not received it now it is February 2023. They processed the payment under Global-e.Mclaren, then heard nothing from them. It would appear that they are an internet scam. I can not contact them. The email address was not valid. DO NOT GET TAKEN IN BY THEM. Save your money.
Refunds are non existent
Like others have said. Item returned and no communication or refund forthcoming. Unable to make contact!

Contact routes appear to be broken
Contact routes appear to be broken, useless!
Waited weeks for a refund and can't get in touch to chase as contact portal and phone lines have been broken ever since I first tried to make contact. Avoid if you think you may have to return something, not worth the hassle!

They are LIARS !
They are LIARS! I paid in December and still haven't received my sweatshirt. I received two emails from something called "Mia" with idiotic explanations. I don't understand how they are not ashamed! I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN!

Refund took weeks
Ordered two items and there was no issue - correct items and arrived on time.
Needed to send one item back and was easy enough. However I waited weeks for a refund. This shouldn’t be the case with any company. They’re quick enough to take your money but aren’t keen to give it back!!
Got in touch with customer service and the issue was resolved and I did get a refund.
Good customer service but would have obviously been better if I hadn’t had to get in touch in the first place

Poor quality clothing even worse customer service
My daughter bought me 2 miami sweatshirts for xmas, a small amount of wine got spilt on the front of one of them. Didn't rub or wash item just blotted with cold water. The stain wouldn't budge even though it was treated immediately and hadn't gone through to underneath of hoody. Contacted customer service to say that wasn't happy and material is faulty, they refused to even consider the matter. Avoid buying from here if you want quality clothing
Not a good experience
Please, whatever you do, don't ever buy from these! I placed an order on the 30th November with a 3-5 day delivery. It never arrived (was supposed to be a Christmas present for my nephew). Countless emails were sent which never got a reply. I finally sent an email at the start of January threatening trading standards and finally got a response saying they would refund me - still waiting for it. Zero customer service.

Good experience
I bought 2 shirts en they both where here in 2 weeks...
It was around christmas and it was sale so i expected it to take at least 2 weeks to get here.
1 shirt got here within 8 days so i was suprised, but the other took a little longer....
When i saw other reviews on this site i was scared that my order wouldn't show up bot it got here pretty quickly!!

I wish I could give zero stars. Poster bought via mclaren never arrived. After many attempts at contact and resolution, was told it was coming with a gift, it never arrived. We were then told it was out of stock and we could choose another to replace it but then when we tried to do that, we were again told it had been sent. Still no poster and no response to request for money back. Not mention £14 for delivery and a missing Christmas present for our 14 year old. Meanwhile Mclaren say its stuck with the courier. You literally couldn't make it up.

Shocking service, shocking company
Ordered well within time for Christmas on the 12th December with advertising delivery would be 3-5 days. After 5 days the tracker still said ‘order placed’ so I emailed to chase up - no reply. Sent another two emails on the 18th and 21st December - no reply to either of those either. Tried to contact someone on social media - no reply. Package finally came on Christmas Eve. I ordered many other things online which came within the advertised delivery times and some of those were with Royal Mail who were on strike! So there is absolutely no excuse for the false advertising for delivery from a well established company like McLaren. Shocking customer service. Genuinely will never buy anything from this website again and will use F1 Authentics instead - same price and great customer service and delivery - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Not receiving order, lost my money
I ordered something on the 9th of December. Still have not received anything and tracing doesn't change. Customer service barely responds.. I think I have lost my money. Do not order from McLaren!!
No delivery, no response
I ordered a hoody as a Christmas present on 11 December. It has still not arrived. Despite many emails, no response. Is there actually anyone working there? They list no phone number so email is the only contact method. Fortunately, I paid using paypal. I raised a case and they immediately refunded me.
Do not order anything from this store! You are simply sending them money and nothing happens.

DREADFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. POOR COMMUNICATION. AVOID BUYING FROM THIS STORE.
Ordered three shirts for my 20 year old son for Christmas on 7th December. I eventually received a Junior large Hoodie which is not what I ordered. They failed to acknowledge that I had been sent the wrong order. Took three days to get a reply. It is now 27th December and I am still unable to get them to help me with my order. No phone number and very slow customer service department. Terrible service. Will not be ordering from them again. Quick to take money but unable to fulfil orders efficiently or have adequate help should there be a problem. VERY DISAPPOINTED .
Order mistakes and inadequate customer service
Tried to order a shirt for my son for Christmas at the beginning of December which came quickly but in the wrong colour. Ordered a replacement which also came in the wrong colour. Customer service were slow but initially helpful but as the issue continues they now fail to respond at all and there is no phone number contact. Very frustrating and now I have paid for 2 shirts and 2 deliveries but don't have one to give my son for Christmas

Correct order arrived
I bought an item on Wednesday 15th December. It stated arrival within 3-5 working days. After 3 working days I hadn’t heard anything and so emailed Customer Services. Later that day I got tracking information and I received the order today (all present and correct) on 22nd December. No response from email and delivery slightly longer than stated (although Evri did state my order was delayed by them due to a ‘road’ incident), hence 4 stars and not 5. I had a major panic when I saw all the negative reviews, so thought I would leave a positive comment to give some of you hope that if you are in the UK and still waiting for a delivery, it still may happen!
